Before setting up your account, know that what happens a lot is people will sign up to be ambassadors, I approve them, and I never hear from them again. So I put all approved ambassadors into a follow-up email sequence that saves me from having to manually reach out to everyone.
With that said, it's also common for people to use different email addresses for online purchases. If that's you, if you applied to the ambassador program with one email then ordered your products with a different email, then you'll likely receive the follow-up emails reminding you to complete your purchase.
If you do get any follow-up emails AFTER you've already ordered your items, DISREGARD THEM. It’s just a little automation working behind the scenes...
